Updating TAURI firmware via FTP
Last Updated 3 years ago

Connect to TAURI using an FTP client such as Filezilla, or by following this guide on your PC.

In this example TAURI’s IP is 192.168.1.18. You can find your TAURI’s IP address on the WiFi or Ethernet tab on the settings screen.

Copy the update file (TTSxx_OTA_v_x.zip) from the Aurora Customer Portal to the Firmware folder by dragging the file into the firmware folder.

The device will now proceed to load, verify, and install the firmware. This will take approximately 5 minutes.

Note: If you are updating from firmware version 1.8.0 or earlier, you must set the TAURI to it's factory default configuration after the update finishes. See this knowledgebase article on how to load the tablet to the default settings.
